You wouldn’t fly without first completing your checklist, so we don’t assign someone to your trip without first completing our checklist. These detailed procedures are part of our exclusive CrewTrac™ system, ensuring accuracy & consistency with screening, hiring & ongoing documentation tracking.

Our pilots are 12-month current for both domestic and international trip coverage. In order to fly with JetPro Pilots, pilots must submit, at a minimum, a current 1st Class Medical License, FAA Pilots’ License, Part 91 (61.58) or Part 135 or recurrent certificates, with complete ROTs. Additional client-specific training requirements can be built into our system & tracked as well, including things like CRM, HAZMAT, International Procedures, customer service or any other internal requirements that are unique to a particular flight department. We also take the extra step of verifying all license/certifications, type ratings and any incidents/accidents ourselves directly with the FAA. Once the checks are all clear, our pilots are ready to fly.

* JetPro Pilots may choose to use SIC-only qualified crew for SIC duties in rare circumstances or per client request. Either way, FAA regulations will always be followed.
