Comprehensive HR services for Part 91 or Part 135 operations

Service Details
JetPro Pilots assumes all HR duties and serves as the employer of record for crew members.
Crew members are assigned on a trip-by-trip basis and are available as often as you need with no minimum requirements.

Crew Member Status
Permanent and typically full time. Part-time solutions are also available.
Temporary and scheduled on a trip-by-trip basis.
JetPro helps you find a permanent employee.
Crew Member Benefits &
Liability
JetPro Pilots covers all crew member benefits, including employee health insurance, life insurance, dental/vision insurance, and 401k plans. Workers’ comp insurance and general liability policies are also included.
JetPro Pilots is the employer of record for all crew members, ensuring full coverage under our workers’ comp and commercial general liability policies. A 401k plan is available. Employee health insurance and dental/vision are not included.
Our robust workers’ comp and commercial general liability policies protect both crew and clients during the trial period. Clients will determine the benefits after the trial period.
Fees
Clients will receive a consolidated invoice, including wages, crew benefits, trip expenses, and JetPro Pilots admin fees for all crew on the program.
No signup or monthly fees – only pay for approved working days and expenses.
Flexible payment terms are available, including an option with no money down and a standard placement fee, or a non-refundable, money-down option with a discounted placement fee.
